By registering for De Aquí y De Allá, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

**Payments & Refunds**
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you choose to stop participating or miss a session. Please make sure you are ready to commit before registering.

**Program Changes & Cancellations**
All four live gatherings are planned for the advertised dates. If a session needs to be rescheduled, I will communicate the change as soon as possible and provide a new date. If I need to cancel the program entirely, you will receive a refund for the program fees paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

**Not Therapy or Medical Treatment**
Ni de Aquí, Ni de Allá is an educational and community-based experience centered on cultural identity, roots, belonging, and personal reflection. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional. You are encouraged to seek professional support when appropriate.

**Personal Responsibility**
You are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and level of participation. You are welcome to engage at a pace that feels right for you and to step back from any activity that does not feel supportive.

**Community & Confidentiality**
Participants are expected to treat one another with respect and care and to keep personal stories shared within the group confidential. Because this is a group setting, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Please do not record, screenshot, or share another participant's contributions without their explicit permission.

**Participation**
Your registration reserves your place in the group and includes four live online gatherings. Please review the dates and schedule before registering. Missed sessions do not automatically entitle you to a refund or individual make-up session.
